SheOne and Meggs Live Paint at Mercat Cross
8th November, 2008 - 8th November, 2008Thanks to Red Bull, the U.K artist, designer, graffer, famous for his highly stylized letter form SheOne will be coming to Australia for the No Comply Melbourne exhibition, so we’ve teamed him up with local lad Meggs for a live painting show the night after the launch. SheOne and Meggs will be live painting at the yet to be named new venue near Victoria market in Melbourne city, for what will be a dope exhibition of the two artists styles and a huge party.

Memes are the face of the connections that join us across nations and cultures. The Meme exhibition is a visual narrative of this connection by a collective of 5 Melbourne photographers who intersected through the landscape of new media. Reka - Tall Oaks at No Vacancy Gallery

In this collection, the core focus is on the fragile relationship we have with nature. Themes such as Love, Hate, Life, Death, Greed and Charity have been explored with influence from Folk-Lore and Fantasy styled illustration.
