The time has come for the second installment of No Comply. This year the imaginatively named No Comply 2 will dwarf its predecessor with a 100 skate board collection by no less than 30, illustrators, designers and artists. With the inclusion of both Jay Rankine (Merda), illustrator Ashley Wood, Kano and Qube Konstrukt, as well as the usual posse of outlaws, No Comply 2 promises to be another excellent showcase of the scene's collective talent.
